These Terms of Service govern your use of Nautek. Full terms are being drafted ahead of general availability. By using the private beta you agree to act in good faith, not redistribute access, and to provide feedback that helps us improve the product.

1. Use of the service

Nautek provides yacht operations software. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Accounts

You must be authorised to act on behalf of any vessel you create or join in Nautek. Owners, captains, and managers are bound equally by these terms.

3. Not a navigation or safety system

Nautek records what you tell it. Maintenance reminders, charts, weather and position tracking are aids to running a boat, not a substitute for official charts, statutory inspections, or your own judgement as skipper. Do not rely on it for navigation or for life-safety decisions.
